We do not offer refunds on purchases made on Tuula.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.
We want your Tuula jewels to feel like little heirlooms that you can treasure forever. All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, however if you notice any damage or in case of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons.
If you would like to request an exchange for any reason, please email us on email@example.com. Please note you will bear the charges for shipping the jewellery back to us, upon receiving the piece we will then ship the replacement to you.
